When Poseidon sends a tempest to stir up the Aegean, four titans of the ancient world find themselves stuck on a rapidly sinking ship...Who will survive and who will be thrown Overboard!

Join us for a symposium with a twist, as four top classicists (Dr Selena Wisnom, University of Leicester; Dr Henry L. Spelman, University of Cambridge; Dr Danny Pucknell, Cardiff and Vale College and Dr Benjamin Cartlidge, University of Liverpool) vie for your vote in this interactive, engaging and hilarious debate. Each academic will make their case for why their famous individual from antiquity should be thrown Overboard! our sinking ship. You decide who is the most odious villain, then consign them to the depths of the river Styx.

Afterwards, celebrate the defeat of your chosen historical figure with a selection of ambrosial nibbles and Dionysian drinks.
